Bouctouche Bay Inn had a cozy atmosphere and a lovely sea view from the Family Room. The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

Good hotel with great wi-fi, a cozy outdoor dining area, and lovely flat-screen TVs. The staff helped me find a taxi on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back next year!

The family room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, which made for a restful night. I appreciated the proximity to the event we attended that evening. As for the view, the river view added charm to our stay, creating a lovely atmosphere to relax in after a long day.

However, the breakfast options could be more varied to cater to different tastes.

excellent service

stayed at bay inn for 2 nights and it was amazing! the family room had a beautiful sea view, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. having the beach of irving eco-center nearby was a bonus, especially with the free kennels for our dog. the excellent customer service made our stay even better.

would recommend.

Our room had a frustratingly noisy fan running all night from another room, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Additionally, the check-in process was unusual due to off-season management, which left us feeling neglected. Overall, maintenance issues were evident throughout the property, diminishing our experience.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The family room was cozy with a lovely sea view. Breakfast was hearty, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Enjoyed the beautiful gardens.

The facilities showed some wear and tear. signage was hard to find. Our stay could have been better with improved maintenance.
